Storytelling
I’ve been dreaming up stories and sharing them with those closest to me, for as long as I can remember. When I became a mother, storytelling became a treasure trove: the means by which my daughter and I found a common language to connect, explore, and navigate all kinds of waters.
Stories can be revelatory and illuminating. The mundane can become magical and the extraordinary can become possible. Through stories, we can recognise and harness the power that we have in transforming our shadows into gifts, and our challenges into opportunities.
The tales I spin are born out of my search, experiences, challenges, insights, and realisations, and are an inquiry into how we are all linked, amid the mystery of existence.
It is through storytelling that I have discovered how to make sense of the world and find my place in it.
